The Dutch Collection: See it at the 2016 All American Furniture Expo

Amish Fusion

The Dutch Collection was inspired by our latest and greatest wood dining sets, which are thoughtfully designed for beauty, comfort, and practical use. While some of our furniture design elements are simple and proven, other parts are inspired by trends and the modern day buyer.

Along with the need to name our collection was the need to describe our furniture. Thatís where we came up with Amish Fusion. Amish fusion is a combination time tested and classic Amish craftsmanship merged with modern designs. We hope you enjoy the outcome, and that you're inspired to visit our booth (4-5) at the All American Furniture Expo in September to see our sets in person!

Best Sellers

Our number one best selling table is a simple design called the Promotional Square Round Table. It got itís name because it was originally introduced as a limited time special. Our retail partner stores liked it so much (partly due to its rock bottom set pricing), that we decided to add it to the line. One of the features of the Promotional table is having choices for the leg style. That means retailers can get three slightly different looks on one table.

Our second best seller is the Providence Table. Weíve had it in our line for years, and itís a universally well liked gathering table. Thatís because of itís classic country design. This double pedestal trestle table was originally introduced and shown in a solid stain color with a smooth top. We recently decided to dress it up or modernize it to fit a little better with current trends. Our version at the show will feature a rustic cherry smooth top, and a two tone color combination that wows.

Reclaimed Wood Styles

Thereís been a huge surge in the popularity of using reclaimed wood to make furniture. Especially popular right now are reclaimed wood or barnwood dining tables. As a manufacturer, finding reclaimed wood can be hard. It is often inconsistent, expensive, and can be harder to work with. In spite of that, we would be silly to ignore the trend. Thatís why we developed our ranchwood distressing, which looks and feels very similar to reclaimed barnwood.

The Cattleman table is a rustic kitchen dining table. It has a square round shaped top that sits on a single pedestal base. The base is colored with black pigmented lacquer, and then rubbed/distressed so that some of the wood below shows through.

The Jackson Table is a rustic dining table. It features large turned legs and decorative metal accents on the side that add to its rustic look. Weíll be showing the Jackson table with a set of black distressed 9107-C captain chairs, and with 9107S-S Shaker side chairs in Harvest. Having different yet complementary captains and sides is a design trend that weíre taking part in, and that we think you should consider too.

Counter Height Pub with Extension

Weíre excited to show our Cheyenne table, because it has one really cool feature: itís a pub that extends. It hold two self storing leaves, so it works great as a kitchen pub or island that can be extended for extra counter room. The burden of cooking and baking in small kitchen can be eased, and it can even double as a server when guests are over.

Custom Option Available

Didnít see something you liked? Visit us at the show anyway, and we can talk about our custom options. We can change things like colors, distressing, and table top texture very easily, because everything is made as it is ordered. Delivery is approximately 6 weeks.

We hope to see you at the show!
